ORDERS

  • Please allow us 3 business days for order processing of available items.
  • GIANNI FALCO SRL will process the order only after having received confirmation of the payment as indicated in the Order Acknowledgement (OA).
  • Once you placed the order, you will receive an e-mail message with the OA. We strongly invite you to carefully verify the data and to save the OA on paper or electronic support. For any communication with us you will need the given Order Number

BOOT CARE

  • Your FALCO product is designed to provide optimal safety performance and riding comfort.
  • The manufacturing processes and materials used for the construction of the upper, internal reinforcements, soles and closure systems have been selected to improve strength and wear resistance of the product.                     
  • Below are the instructions for the regular maintenance in order to preserve overtime the specific characteristics of your technical footwear.
  • Take care of your boots by regularly cleaning them with a watered sponge or soft cloth to remove residual mud and dust. Do not use aggressive cleaning systems (washing machine, pressure washers, brushes) or chemicals (gasoline, acids, solvents) that can compromise quality and durability of the components. 
  • Heavy waterproofing products or waxes can block the stitching lines which allow the boots to breath and dry naturally.
  • Apply regularly a neutral waterproofing polish-cream softener to renovate water-resistance and longevity of the leather uppers.
  • Sharp toe nails will cut through the waterproof liner, especially when shifting gears. It’s best to replace any worn-out socks and keep your toe nails short and filed before riding.
  • Do not dry near or in direct contact with heat sources (stoves, radiators, heaters, fireplaces and direct sunlight) but only in a dry and well-ventilated place; you run the risk of releasing the boot's assembly glue or the special adhesive tape that seals the WP liner. Always dry your boots a good distance away from an open fire or radiator, especially if you are drying for an extended period of time.
  • Any removable internal parts (footbeds and inner booties) must be replaced periodically

PRODUCT STORAGE 

  • In periods of inactivity, store footwear preferably in the original box (not airtight containers or plastic) and in good ventilation and dry place.
  • It is preferable to fill-in the footwear inner toe with newspaper, closing it properly (zipper, Velcro, lever, etc.) and placing it into the proper packaging so as to maintain the original shape.
  • It's best not to store your boots long term in gear bags or high humidity environments. Boots that are not allowed to dry fully will rot stitching and plastic components in storage. 
  • Any removable internal parts (footbeds and inner booties) must be e removed in the event of prolonged storage

 

WARRANTY

  • GIANNI FALCO SRL warranty covers faulty workmanship and conformity defects that occur within 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. Beyond this term, GIANNI FALCO SRL will not be responsible for the conformity defects.
  • In case of replacement of the Product, the terms of the warranty for the Product given as a replacement, are the same as the original product. Therefore, the one-year legal guarantee will in any case start from the delivery of the original product. In order to accept your warranty request, please provide the Order Acknowledgement. We will only process claims for Gianni Falco boots directly purchased on the official website.
  • You are welcome to access the Warranty section, if you have any issue with your Falco product. If the age of your boots falls within warranty period they will be inspected, and if deemed to be faulty manufacturing or material defect, we will promptly organize a repair or replacement.

It is the customers responsibility to return the boots. Ship the boots back by the most economical method to the address below and email us the tracking number.

 Warranty voids

  • Wear and tear, including wear holes, snags and worn stitching.

  • Failure to correctly maintain the product, including proper cleaning and leather conditioning.

  • Alterations, modifications or repair work performed by anyone

  • Products returned beyond the applicable warranty period, or used other than in the manner intended.

  • Damage caused by chemical or other foreign body contamination.

  • Intense heat from open fires or radiators will damage your boots. Riders who attempt to rapidly dry their boots run the risk of releasing the boot's assembly glue or the special adhesive tape that seals the WP liner. This failure will not be covered by Gianni Falco warranty.

  • Cuts, abrasions, or damage resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, misuse or from other than normal and ordinary use of the product.

  • Improper or inadequate fit (once footwear product has been worn/used).

  • Warranty is restricted to 3 months where the boots are used for Commercial purposes (*motorcycle couriers, police).

  • Warranty is restricted to 6 months for boots worn in high humidity regions. A high humidity environment can degrade the best glues and plastics, and this type of failure is not considered a manufacturing or design issue.

  • Boots used in a Racing environment do not qualify for warranty. Sole wear or de-lamination, or Velcro and simple stitching issues are considered to be racing wear and tear and not covered under the warranty. Most soles can be replaced or re-bonded, and stitching and Velcro can be repaired.

  • If any boots over 6 months old and are showing significant wear, warranty replacement will be on a pro-rata basis as determined by GIANNI FALCO USA.

 RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGES

 

Returns

 

  •   You can return your order within 30 days from the purchase date.

  •   You are welcome to access the Returns section.

  •   Make sure the product and packaging are with all original tags attached and the boots only tried for size on carpet.

  •   Please do not attach the return label directly on the item’s original packaging and preferably ship them in the box in which your order was originally shipped.

*** if the boots are returned worn, soiled or damaged a 50% refund deduction will be applied. In some cases, it may not be accepted.
